Baste the yolks at the end until the egg-white covering the yolks turns pink--that cooks the white and eliminates the last bit of "phlegm"--so to speak.

When I was married I was not allowed to fry anything. Had to do it in the middle of the night. So I learned how to cook secretly with butter salt and pepper. I love this video!

One thing that works even better then that butter, fry your bacon in the pan then cook your eggs in the bacon grease. That's the way my grandmother always did it.

You dipped your toast in the yolk and said butter makes all the difference, lol, b.s. to the max.

I want solid yokes. None of this salmonella petri dish yoke nonsense
@Ninja6485QUE DELICIA,rsrsrsrsrs
@Ethan-n6dWhy over cooked brown edges? They are hard to cut and tasteless. All white and a runny yolk to drip over the grits.
@knishknish66Bacon Grease
@danstepnik2012Bacon grease instead of butter. Everytime.
@dchiltonGet pan. Put oil. Heat oil. Break fresh egg in pan. Throw the shell. Fry the egg. Put on plate. Eat.
Took 30s to write.
Not simple. Csnt stand butter, plus all that butter is unhealthy
@MrtellitlikeitisIs 350 degrees considered med high?
@michaelproctor8100I had to bail when he mentioned crispy edges. What sort of person would like a burnt base, in a fried egg?
@onastick2411@Chef, is the toast buttered tho?
@barirwin8559This just popped up in my feed last night and I tried it this morning. Best fried eggs I've ever made. Thanks Chef!!! 👊
@RobDavis1966Non stick pan, thumbs down.
@RayWest-f5qIs this a joke?
@absolutshrimp151Y'all some barbarians to be eating another poor creatures egg.
I like mine with paprika and a splash of tobasco 😅😅
Or slow cook them covered, without all that grease and butter to clog up your arteries.
@EverydayBroC10Ingredients: 2 eggs, salt, and 4 sticks of butter
@KevinKobielushI thought everyone did fried eggs this way. Been frying my eggs this way since I could walk… lol 😝 🍳
@katiealdana150I just got steeling three eggs. So now I'm a thief too. I was going to make my dogs some eggs, they weren't even for me.
@Alpha-Mike-FoxtrotCrispy edges? You mean plastic… you can’t cook dude!!
@Brian_Cummings3:01 minutes of my life- gone!
@sedoff1948Another way to get the whites cooked is to put a lid on the eggs - this cooks the whites and keeps the yolks soft.
@mn.sydney1883What did I just watch? "Crispy" (burnt?) edges on eggs? That's a huge NO! Those things would be going in the garbage in this house. Low and slow is the way to fry eggs, whites should barely have a trace of brown if you can't avoid it altogether.
@Montuewednone> nonstick pan
> disqualified
Mouth is watering again. Happens every time I watch one of these!
@edc7507Butter was burning at the end, sides are burned a bit, 500 calories of just butter per egg and salt that will make your arteries cry. No thank you
@martijnbos9873western cuisine is basically just butter in different forms
@generic_programmerThanks for this info!
@thebodywishAre you eating butter or egg?
@TheredglovedmanRater than saying the heat level, it would actually be extremely helpful to see the flame itself.
@brown_skiittlesWon't the butter burn?
@themostsnowBreak eggs as carefully as you can on a cold non-sticky pan ever so slightly covered with oil or butter.Cover with lid and cook on a very low heat to personal preference. Takes longer, but you end up with eggs looking like they are straight out of anime.
@andrefreelove676You didn’t specify what kind of butter
@justinrgreckyIf someone served me that egg, I’d say no thanks, it’s burnt
@justanaverageCanadianI hate crispy edges on my eggs!
@davidvaughn7752So its hot butter with a side of eggs... ;-)
@mrmisterfox5130Bacon grease 👍
@ShoeString13In my world, the perfect fried egg is no raw yolk.
