Great vid!!!! Once the oil is warm add salt, I like kosher, and it cuts oil from splattering—some will occur, but bot a lot.

@ee0823I am definitely going to try this recipe. Thank you for sharing your video. 🙏
@ee0823To prevent potatoes from darkening let the diced potatoes sit in warm water + sugar dissolved for about 2-3minutes.. it’ll stay a perfect gold for just about however long you cook em
@CorijionJLook delicious Mr. clean looking ahh Boy
@YabbaD_DuSimple short and straight to the point. Thank you sir.
@joshuahuizar7456You can also microwave the diced potatoes for a couple of minutes. Otherwise you have to make sure the boiled potatoes are dry enough to throw into the hot oil.

@caneutGod damn burnt potatoes
@RicardoRodriguez-kz6coI can never get my potatoes soft enough to cook! Ahhh I’m getting this recipe!
@josiehale3658I'm gonna go try it now
@OxeyShahedSo do you boil it for five minutes after it comes to a boil?
@darlenelazaron5918Yum 😋
@nore8141You mentioned you like using avacado oil but you don't mention why. So i will:
When cookingo on stainless steel, on high heat, avacado oil is ideal since it has the HIGHEST smoke point. Meaning, you're kitchen (and possible you're entire living area) won't be smoked out when you cook on the stove.
Especially if youre like me and live in an apartment with little ventilation, a high smoke-point oil (avacado) is great.
I followed your recipe and it turned out delicious. ❤
@mirian593Dude ... Those are burned lol
