Owned 2 Peugeots in my life. 106 and 208. 208 bought in 2012. Engine oil pressure fault recurring problem. Hate it for life

WARNING: Total failure of Peugeot/Stellantis – From local lies to global silence!
I am warning everyone considering buying a Peugeot. My experience proves that once they have your money, you are nothing to them.
The Service Deception: The authorized service IC West Plzeň (Czech Republic) charged me 3,500 CZK for a failed diagnostics that fixed nothing. To cover their incompetence, they lied to the official importer, claiming I "refused the repair." I have email proof that this is a total lie.
Total Ignorance: The importer (P Automobil Import) ignored all evidence and chose to protect the dishonest dealer instead of the customer.
Silence from the Top: I escalated this to the highest level, contacting the office of the Chairman, John Elkann, and Global Manager David Khutsishvili. Despite initial contact, they chose total silence. Even the owner of Stellantis is unable or unwilling to stop deceptive practices in his network.
A formal legal case is now being handled by the Czech Trade Inspection (Case No. ČOI 10406/26/O100).
Think twice before buying a Peugeot. They protect lying dealers, not their customers!

@IranSuperLeagueAlso it has problems with wet belt, common for 1.2 turbo engines, need replacemnt on 60000km and that chrome on dash scrren is reflecting lots of sunlight straight in ur eyes. Theres also issue with steering wheel which blocks 1/3 of view 4d cocpit which is really big issue

@boburban9705Just handed my rental 208 back after only 3 days and genuinely miss it already. Really nice car and very easy to drive. It is amazing fun in the corners and encourages you to hustle it. Interior is so pleasant and comfortable, and feels solid. Overall an extremely likeable car, and I am actually considering buying one I liked it that much!

@persian2ukWe have a friend that has the electric version of this & I was surprised at how posh it was inside. Most of the older ones were a bit naff inside. Loved the digital cluster, probably the most stylish I have seen on any car to date. The 3D effect really sells it.

@gisellekalengankongolo7737So, does the diesel version use ADBLU, cos if it has, then they are nothing but trouble! I’ve got the previous 208, 2017, 1.6 HDI. My local garage absolutely hates them, won’t have on their forecourt and would never sell one because of the ADBLU problems. If I ever get another one, it’ll be petrol. I think diesel has had its day, but I shall never, ever buy an E car-NEVER!
