@fatosI7l7When he’s above the door, you can clearly see an attic access point, that’s how I would have gone out, either through the roof to the next building or another apartment down the way then out through a window. He’s obviously very nimble from the first job you see, where he’s in the stairwell, then out on the terrace, then in the shadows in the apartment. He definitely overthinks his escape plan.
