Your words are not evidence in the sense that if you accuse somebody, your simple accusation is evidence that it took place when you have high motivations to tell lies you need to provide physical evidence of the incident. She should have gone and had herself checked as she had suggested in the phone call with her mother. When she didn’t do that and remained in his hotel room for hours after the event, it damages her case greatly. When she only brings it up in the middle of a dispute over a contract it’s very suspect. And that’s sad because if he is a rapist, he got away with it.

I hate to be mean and this is probably why Kesha didn’t get any progress on her assault charges. She kept it civil. No police reports were filed. Two she testified that he didn’t do it. And three she had motivation to lie. If Wayback when it happened, and this is easier said than done, she had a rape kit done and filed a police report. She probably could’ve been excreted from the contract. I think she didn’t do this because she spent that time in the hotel room thinking about how she wanted her career to go forward. She chose the career rather than the rape report. And of course, his arguments gonna be that she threw himself at him. However, at the time they could’ve tested her for GHB. And at the time she was 17. He would’ve been guilty as statutory rape, even if he wasn’t guilty of having sex with her against her will. She should’ve reported it. Instead, she made the Faustian deal.
