🙏Thank You🙏 Its a long way to go! It started with a strong longing for understandingo of the word WHY! 🌱🥲❤40 years ago and are still ongoing!

I was in the astral plane. The location was in a temple located underground in what appeared to be a cave. Everything looked ancient. In the temple i saw a group of 5 buddhist monks in orange robes sitting down in a circle formation. A sixth man was in the center of this circle. They were all meditating. I was standing outside the circle, to my left side i saw an old man with white hair and white robes lighting up candles. When i decided to ask this man where i was and what i am doing here I realized not to bother him and sit down and meditate myself. When i sit down and began meditating the most powerful light and vibration started flowing through my spine near my bottom , as this was happening i scream in happiness to see if these people that were there can hear me. They all ignored me and continued meditating. When this flow of vibration and light reached my head, an explosion of light came out of my head and my body disintegrated. When i snapped back into my body and woke up all my body was still shaking and vibrating. After this experience i started to see more things than ever before.

Kundalini Awakening should never be your goal. This is what people get wrong. Your goal is wisdom, connection with God (love) and having a calm, simple and happy mundane life doing normal things. What God needs to add to you comes as you slowly continue your yoga practice under a very good, experienced teacher….

I am interested in this concept, yet I don’t understand how to start or who to seek for support

This happened to me in the space of 5 minutes it arose nad fell 8 times, that night i slept, next morning i was awoken to 2 suns rising, one outside and one inside my room, then i had 10 days of wakefull period as I hung on a cross in the astral, many worlds i walked in that time and since then

So many people dont understand the process of a kundalini awakening. It awakens when the kundalini is built. This takes many many lifetimes.

I was terrified before I started the awakening process - worried about what was going on with our leaders and humanity. The process has been wonderful for me, I truly feel I have nothing to fear.
During the early awakening of the lower chakras, I felt intense sadness and could not understand why or where it came from. It passed through like a wave.
The draw towards exercise and purification are very real too. A year ago I could never imagine giving up coffee, but it just kind of happened. I righted my sleeping schedule and didn't feel I needed it anymore. I didn't even want it because I was meditating in order to get more control over my mental states, and putting foreign chemicals into my brain - even just caffeine - was something I felt repulsion to.

Mine was so intense that the Lord actually spoke to me before it happened bc he knew how difficult it was going to be. I suffered decades of awful trauma and confusion throughout my life and when mine finally began it was the scariest experience I could've ever imagined. I was spiritually attacked for years. The devil tormented me and messed with my mind and thoughts constantly, 24 hours a day non-stop, literally. Call it ego, the devil, whatever you want, it was awful awful awful AWFUL. If I made it - SO can you - I promise. Grab your Bible and do whatever your body encourages you to do. I stayed in bed all day for 4 years getting well. Traversed the valley of the shadow of death and made it to the other side. When you hear the voice of the Most High, you are never, ever the same. Finally, my mind is just barely beginning to go quiet.

I accidentally opened mine by stressing over money and then popping down on the couch. I felt the electricity go through my spine and through the top of my head. I had it for approximately three months and then as fast as they came and left.

Careful you don't let the dead in. A Christ/Kundalini consciousness awakening can allow other parasites up, there are safety measures to catch a lot of these "old souls" from taking over new bodies. So if you suddenly feel the urge to confess to sins you didn't commit don't be surprised. Just go out and enjoy your life, dont live in the past remember "lived' backwards is "devil" "live" is "evil"

Don't let this video force a specific path on you for how to raise your Kundalini. If you follow and force that path you run in circles until you figure it out yourself that I can only come from you and you do this by learning what it means to be present and practice that over time. The more present you can be and know what it is, the less time it probably will take.

Any religion can be a conscious(NOT-Subconscious/body/self) guide that brings me back to myself(BODY) abandoning the rules or roles of what ever led me to myself in order to actually understand me. Love this video ,most try to make it seem like its no big deal or like its fun and easy and feels just blissful...it was the most hardcore thing i can think of ,i stopped telling peoole to do it once i saw how it can easily make someone go crazy..one friends got possed and stabed a 70yr old man like 90 times...one thing i wish it would let people know about how the age of the soul effects it..some people can unlock it in a hr to yr while some it takes decades to even feel just one chakra
