To break even if you only used the 1.5% on all other purchases wouldn't you only need to spend $6350 to break even on the $95 annual fee?
Also, Credit Cards are great credit builders, but ONLY if you can pay it off in full every month. Try to NOT carry a balance or else you'll start owing interest charges to these companies. We want to maximize our cash back rewards, and not have to owe credit card companies more than we have to.

Hi, I have a strange question for you when it comes to credit cards lol. I am thinking about starting to buy large purchases once a month But the companies I buy from generally only will take a wire transfer. I'm thinking about using a credit card to reimburse my business account by having my business account send me a invoice that I could pay with my credit card... Hence giving me all of the points and bonuses that they offer. It kind of makes sense in my head lol. If I were to do something like that which card do you recommend? Each purchase will probably cost me right around $20,000 and to start out I'll do one purchase once a month but gradually it will go up from there. Thank you for the great videos.

Called credit bureaus and creditor several times but they just pass the bug to each other!!!! Even wrote letters to me telling me they could not resolve my dispute. I am an immigrant and don’t have long credit history so that shows as a ding on my credit reports. It is so silly! I had to continue knocking at the credit bureaus and creditor so many times before they cleared the information. The sad part is that my credit scores continue to remain low over the years because of these factors, have planned for home last December but doesn't work out but now getting few recommendation of cognitivehacks on instagram helped me a lot to maintain and fix my three bureaus without negative item remain, congratulate me this coming weekend am moving to New York

Then send them to collections when they don't pay it. And i like how its a charge card so i don't carry a balance and makes me more cognitive of my spending in a month. The intro bonus is pretty nice too.
