Target Employees Steals $200,000 and Died Before Trial

Video Overview & Insights

On January 29, 2025, Officers Were Dispatched to Target after reports of an Employee Who Stole $800. What they didn't was he was about to Admit to alot more then they were even aware Of. This is Footage of the Events That Followed.

1:21 what is she supposed to be?

Welcome to Bodycam K9

A channel dedicated to real police body camera footage, documented encounters, and educational law enforcement content.

So what you're saying is, i can steal 200k and as long as i die before trial i wont have to go to jail

— @DaHomieReese

Our mission is to provide a raw, unfiltered look at real world policing in America to help viewers better understand officer decision making, public interactions, and the realities of modern law enforcement.

All footage is presented for educational, documentary, and public interest purposes. We aim to promote transparency, awareness, and informed discussion around policing not entertainment or sensationalism.

Can you believe this? The manager said if he didn't admit guilt to the $20K they were only going to press charges for the $800 he stole that day on camera, and that fool had $185K cash in his safe. Unbelievable how dumb these criminals are

— @donlitos

All videos are sourced legally through public records requests and are considered publicly accessible information. Individuals shown on camera are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

We do not speculate on case outcomes unless confirmed by official records.

Why tf would you keep going? Dummy should of stopped a grip ago and why have all that just sitting in ur apartment????? Dumb asf

— @0ffd

Bodycam K9 is not affiliated with any law enforcement agency, and nothing shown should be interpreted as legal advice or guidance on how to interact with police.

Target suicided/clintoned him.

If you had 200 grand in cash, you probably don’t need to keep working at Target!

So odd how so many come to these videos to talk about what the criminal could've done better. I'm curious as to what prompts folks to even go that way in their thoughts as they watch these kinds of videos outside of being criminals themselves, I'm glad criminals tend to be dumb by default, world is bad enough as is...now imagine the world full of intelligent criminals.

How’d he die? Did he have a target on his back?! HARR HARR HARR

There's got to be an insurance scheme going on for letting these guys rack up the bill to 100k+
Past 9k makes sense to secure a felony conviction but beyond that it just boggles the mind..

That's good, he was still staying safe with the face diaper. But, somehow, he died anyway. Oh well.

I’m impressed that this went under the radar for so long that Target didn’t catch on sooner. That’s absolutely insane. I don’t condone theft but if you weren’t on their radar, maybe you should’ve kept quiet and stopped while you were ahead lol. Anybody know how he died?

@RayYoWTF
@

I wasn't expecting that end,what u mean he passed away? Like health issues or killed or od or a bus hit him orr?šŸ˜‚

@JeremyJones-w3o

I would have gladly taken the charge for the $800 and firing then after being fired I promise Target would never see me again šŸ˜‚

Something is off here. The cash office needs to be in balance every day. HQ Sales Audit would have identified any discrepancies daily if cash was a penny off. I’m assuming the cash may be refund fraud.

Why would you steal almost $200k and still return to work as if nothing happens, $200k could start your life over and possibly change or remove your identity. What a moron and how does a billion dollar store not notice that amount of money missing? When I worked at Walmart they would notice someone stealing from cash register within 2 hrs of being taken due to it being counted after each shift end change.

@derekt7206
@

That was a twist, the dude died before prosecution?!

@Replicant2600
@

I think his boss needs to be investigated. Someone is not counting the till as they're supposed to. I doubt he's the only one stealing.

@michellemiller8506
@

I used to work closely with loss prevention from many a department stores. I am speechless that this dude was able to steal so much money. Hell I remember a woman who worked for a department store and after working at the store for 3 months attempted to steal $20.00 and the loss prevention department caught it immediately.

@ronnieeubanks6559

Lol, a masker and a thief. That figures.

@TerryKeller-hp1ey

What kind of security and surveillance does target have that an employee is able to access and take almost $200K and they were clueless until he was caught with $800!?!? That’s crazy for this day and age.

I'm sorry but to have this guy steal almost $200K and not catch him until that day tells me Asset Protection is slacking up in that Target. They should have absolutely flagged those shortages way before then! Wow.

...good for him, he admitted to everything to clear his conscience. maybe target can work with him in a work release program to show target their security weaknesses.
