Basically I'm doing workout at home and i go run near my house
@jfrs7855I do exercise 5 days a week in the mornings... sometimes I feel tired and unmotivated but I think that is for me and to be healthy and that is my motivation...I love dance but I think it's important have an exercise routine for example for arms, shoulders, legs or buttocks ( upper body or lower body) to do more effective the exercise. The most important is be consistent and give ourselves that time....

@azisaadi7937I do a combination of gym and yoga. I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and do yoga at home twice a week. It helps stretch my muscles and recovery. My instructor gives me a workout plan every week. I always listen to pop music during cardio or weight training. I love the feeling of release and the endorphin rush after a workout; it makes me feel excited and clear-headed.
