Most of it is just fake 😂😂, there is in general a whole building team which make the whole structure , just for views meaning money.

Сначала было интересно, но чем дальше смотрел - тем больше ужасался. На фоне каких-то сараев, прямо в какой-то непонятной луже - поставили дом, выбросив кучу денег на его строительство. Колонны в воде - со временем вымоет основание колонн и одна или несколько колонн - просядут. Это создаст нагрузку на излом для залитой плиты, а дальше будет эффект домино: Стены дома без армирования начнут расходиться наружу, потому что без армированного пояса - крыша из бетона будет создавать давление, выталкивая стены наружу. Сначала пойдут трещины по углам, потом в эти трещины будут помещаться пальцы, затем - рука. И однажды ночью дом просто сложится на голову тем, кто в нём живёт. Самое "гениальное", что я увидел в этом видео, это две вещи: 1) Сначала накинуть плитку, а потом залить её цементной стяжкой. Зачем? Это лишний вез и нагрузка на конструкцию. А затем сверху ещё и положили немецкий ламинат. Вы уж извините, но ламинат хорошо смотрелся бы где-то в домике, в Берлине, но не в тропиках, где он напитает влагу из окружающего воздуха, набухнет и встанет домиком. 2) Абсолютно безопасно делать удлинитель для подачи питания в дом, где-то на открытом воздухе рядом с водой. В первый же дождь вы просто получите короткое замыкание.

Выглядит красиво, надеюсь эти две женщины будут сами в этом доме жить! Сколько железа, камня и бетона, на таком фундаменте, а также высокая температура и влажность, возможная сейсмическая активность.. с радостью посмотрел, как они живут там, хотя бы год.

я не строитель, но у них прям ОЧЕНЬ много арматуры, которую они не знают куда деть. Еще интересный способ кладки без цемента между кирпичами в горизонтальной плоскости.

I really sat here and watched this whole thing. I was mesmerized by the amount of skill these women have and the beautiful work they did. It’s really incredible. Great work.
I always knew building a house takes alot of work and knowledge but watching this makes me want to just hire someone (even these women) i dam sure not doing anything like this myself.

They did a really good job. Helps they don’t have the same restrictions we have here in America. We aren’t allowed to attempt anything like this here. We are forced to hire professionals that will charge enough to pay our government. Wish we were allowed to do things like this here.
