@wazza13utdThe history of turkish cuisine is very interesting. I did not think about the big food influence of the ottomane time. Now I umderstand more. And after the ottomane the tirkish south food is now used. I love this food and I m glad that the traditional cooking is kept until now and no transfer to modern cooking. Excellent.
And by the way: I love the stunning traditional music in the background. You guys are perfect👍

Is there a beef option for Hinkarim dish? My mom doesn't eat lamb. We will be in İstanbul in April, and i am starting to worry there wont be anything for her except chicken. Also, my mom is 75 and eating just kebabs for a whole week wont do good to her stomack.

Your English is superb and I feel very reassured that I will make good decisions about where to visit, eat, travel by public transport and shop while I am in Istanbul thanks to your informative videos. Do you ever go out to the Prince’s Islands to make videos there. I am staying on Buyukada for a few nights and I know it will be peaceful and beautiful but I don’t know much else about it. @assiakanaan3982I tried your recommended restaurants. The only one that disappointed was Hayvore. The corn bread was stale and seemed days old. Same with Kaygana. Dry and stale.
