A new favorite! Easy moves done at a nice pace. Not too slow + not too fast. Per my Fitbit, I clocked 120 calories + 1,599 steps. Really fun Lucy…did a beach walk this morning and this was perfect for afternoon .. very hot outside (Florida). I liked the flow of it. I’ve been doing fascial flow movements which are great too❤❤❤. Would love some new movements to lower blood sugar. I know all of these are good but maybe more specific.

I am IN LOVE with lucy's low impact cardio workout and the 5 min series. The videos actually make me feel it is possible to workout especially since I am overweight, have mild lower back pain, have high body fat and low muscle mass. I also was injured a few months ago in the gym. Plus, no music is way less stressful. I have been working out for a week, using low impact cardio videos, and i already feel my body is becoming better ( breathing and endurance).

Thank you Lucy❤ before Tai Chi workouts became popular, and I’ll admit I gave it a try for a month. What I noticed while I was doing them, you have been doing them all along. I’ve been doing your workouts off and on (due to injuries and illness had to stop)for 8 years, I always go back to your workouts because they work.

Went from 2x to L, size 18 to size 10-12.
