Tabatha Takes Over | Season 4 Episode 3 | Reality TV Full Episodes

Video Overview & Insights

"Tabatha's Takeover" will follow Coffey, the charismatic former "Shear Genius" contestant and Australian native, as she visits struggling salons in the Los Angeles and New York areas and literally takes over the establishments to whip them into shape. Coffey brings her no-nonsense approach to the salon owners and stylists, all teetering on the verge of collapse and in dire need of her skilled business direction. With just a week to work her magic, can she put these salons back on their feet or is it time for the shops to put up the closed sign for good?

Monica reminds me of that worker who gives it their all and isn’t afraid to call management out on bs

— @mxldx7700

At first meeting, Coffey's distinct personality and wicked comments are jarring, but soon the owners and stylists figure out that in order to be a success in the competitive high-end beauty business, they need to take the savvy and fearless approach that has helped Coffey's own career flourish. Since her start as a salon assistant at the age of 14 in her homeland of Surfer's Paradise, Australia, she instantly fell in love with the field. At 15, she started a four-year apprenticeship program in Australia, and her love for hairdressing grew. Next she moved to London for eight years to continue her training, and has since been working in the beauty field in the U.S. for 19 years.

Coffey takes her training and the training of other hairdressers very seriously, and this passion drives her sincere quest to turn these salons around. Coffey's intensity for the business is clear in her unswerving dealings with the salon owners and stylists, sometimes driving them to tears as her critical eye probes the salons' customer service, cleanliness, professionalism, and overall styling techniques. She will also make her recommendations for which stylists should raise their rates, and which ones should be let go in order for the businesses to get to the next level as high-end establishments. The end results are often dramatic and inspire all those who have come in contact with Coffey to strive for only the best.

Maybe if Val wasn’t obese, her feet wouldn’t hurt as much…maybe she should lose some weight.

Tabitha is not a b. She tries to help the salon owners. THEY called her when they needed help. A lil' embarrassing when a stylist told me, "There's no rhyme or reason for your haircut." Must have been messed up😮Good idea to get the ladies in to talk to Aisha.😊Having the staff go to the Cancer event, such a great 💡.On reopening day, "How do you feel?"
Stylist-"a lil' nauseatious." LOL!Team really stepped up. Stylist was working on a marketing event! Owner let a couple of bad workers go, best for her & the Salon!

That girl that burned the client just doesn’t care and if I was the owner I would have fired her on the spot besides she has a negative attitude and I personally do not accept negativity in my Building😊

She went shopping for shoes at 10:30pm? Where at? Walmart? Of course your new shoes hurt. Girl. Just go shoe shopping right after work. And get some Black on Black Hokas. Put some black bows or other bling to dress them up a bit.

Question, can you call a place multi cultural establishment when there’s only one race working there and for the most part, only one race coming to get a service there? Just asking.

I was a store manager once. I told them staff that phones weren't allowed on the floor anymore. "What if my husband needs to call me?" I always answered, "if its an emergency then they know the store number." It was a BATTLE but once they adjusted, moral and production went up, reviews improved... there's being a boss, and then there's being a leader.

Fire the receptionist she’s an idiot. Number two the manager she currently has is not the right manager get Monica to be the manager. The event should be for breast cancer awareness, and may that her mother succumb to breast cancer that should be a primary part of her business because she’s helping women through that journey and help them to you from the devastation that she’s healing from. That receptionist is just I don’t know if she’s too comfortable with her or whatever it is but she is not the person I’d want to see in a high-end salon when I walk in the door she’s not professional at all.

So the African-American woman with a natural hair with a little flower on the side she needs to get her own Salon. She don’t need anybody. I hope she’s moved on to get home business. I know this was 1015 years ago whatever the case may be, but she didn’t need any of this garbage, but she already knew what she needed to know. Someone didn’t put the cat back on the product and it caused her to have a mishap that’s not on her thank God it wasn’t worse. But she doesn’t need any of those people. She’s the manager, or she should she should be the manager.

Nothing is worse than working in a Solano spa for someone who thinks that you owe them something. Listen you own the damn business. I’m trying to do my clients at your job to provide me everything. I need to do that job. I don’t need your attitude if your life is miserable, I got my own garbage going on plus, I’m dealing with the problems of all my clients if your boss can’t get it together close the son of a gun and move on move on. No one need your drama or problems. If you can’t handle your life then don’t own the business, but don’t take it out on your staff because they can open up their own salon and they don’t need you, BUT you need them.

Tabitha is such a boss and how I wish I would’ve had the opportunity to work from her. Even though I have my own 30 years in the business, I still love to learn from other people. I just could never get enough of it. there’s always someone who knows something they can do better or different differently to get the job done in a better way. We have to be open to learn even if we’re older

In the Netherlands, salonstaff would never be allowed to work halfnaked or wear flipflops. So unprofessional.

I believe the staff should be in some type of uniform, whether it’s colour-coded or branded T-shirts, it would look so much more professional

I'm gonna say what no one else is...I'm a larger lady and I know first hand how shoes can hurt. That being said...het a good, comfortable pair if shoes to support your weight and feet because flip-flops are the WORST for feet....no support at all. Worse for big girls...

I think the owner needed to make amends for her behavior. Say what she did wrong, like grabbing someone's face. That is assault. The workers' spirit was broken. She needs time to know and have evidence range test due won't be abused no matter what her behavior is. However, she also needs to know as she will be rewarded for good work, but will still have consequences for not doing her job which should be written out clearly.

Ahhh the 2000/2010s, where the only other option from flip flops was those dumb stinky ballerina flats or the insanely uncomfortable pumps 😂 also can’t believe she said “I’m gonna be wearing my flip flops tmrw”

I’m so sick of people bringing their home life into their business. It’s pathetic. Specially as a boss… nobody will respect you and that’s just how it is. EVERYBODY has issues… and especially today… it’s an excuse. It’s also crazy to me how people could be like “I’m so sad my mom or someone died” but then they are so insensitive to everyone else’s feelings around them😹

I actually really appreciate that Tabitha had them pop the balloons instead of releasing them!! That was very thoughtful of the planet❤
