Left is counting this as a win well they are wrong the Posse Comitatus Act has an exception called the Insurrection Act true he can’t use the US National Guard until he can’t prove he can’t get the goals done with regular military. Now you are probably thinking like I did that this is an endless loop. Well until I read the clause to the posse Comitatus act. The end of the loop is the insurrection act which means if he declares the lawlessness of riots and lack of law enforcement a “insurrection” then he can use all the military that means the USAF, USArmy, USMC, And US Navy can all be brought to bare on any part of the country that is so deemed as an Insurrection.
