Study Aid 8 - Focus & Concentration - Brown Noise + Pink Noise (30Hz)
Video Overview & Insights
3 layers of brown noise with 1 layer of pink noise (embedded with a 30hz isochronic beta tone) for focus and concentration. These are isochronic tones, so listen with or without headphones. (with binaural beats, headphones are required)
Works.

This got me through law school, and I still use it to this day when I need complete focus. It drowns out ambient noise so well.
@tabitharobinson3662When I was in university, I didn't have access to any computer that wasn't in a public place full of distractions. This video got me through dozens of assignments and kept me from going crazy when people around me in the computer lab made too much noise. Now I use it to survive neighbors who listen to loud music when I'm trying to work from home. In short, this has helped preserve my sanity and maintain my productivity for almost ten years now... Thanks for posting!
@brittanybaker4678I have been using this video to sleep since I was a freshman in high school. I have graduated high school and finished four years of undergrad. After more than 8 years I still regularly use it to sleep. Thank you for creating this.
@jamie397420:27 Focus break!
@JackooGrayhanthis is the best noise ever,tysm this helps me get through the pain of studying
@bluecxmbo8836Thanks mate. I am always so conflicted on whether or not I should listen to pink or brown noise.
@ryanfleming1040Nice😊👍❤😇
@dokearey9474Nice😊👍❤😇
@dokearey9474Thank you, thank you for posting this! I get horrible migraines and this track is a life saver, allowing me to block out other noises. For example my neighbors downstairs have been doing construction for a month , 7 days a week 9 hours a day...this track combined with my noise cancelling headphones are the only thing that blocked out all the noise from them
@sungirl14225Do you have any idea how much I've used this? I used it all through undergrad, and now I'm a first year graduate student. It's even bookmarked on my Chrome homepage. Thanks! Time for finals round 12!
@Mila897I'm very relieved today thanks to you.
@renansilva387920:30 scared the shit out of me
@taniikahenry7035how can i download it to become mp3? :( so i can help my phones battery not to die?
@snouiesI've been using this for my entire college career! I graduate next spring. Thanks to this sound clip I have been able to get homework done within those 3 years.
@shutup5151Stop reading comments and go back to your work right now!
@hyeonminkim6737This one is the only one that really works for me. Great way to focus and drown out distractions.
@MrAshvin23Is there an MP3 version for this? Didn't find it in the Binaural Beats website.
@divyachittimalla111Thank you, I needed it for the library because people there really don't know how to study quietly. Can you make one like this for sleeping? I can't sleep with music.
@thebiblesnooper3067For me, one of the best for sleeping
@claudiogrosman7259This is helpful honestly, but I need medication.
@HeaskedwhatistruthHaha, it sounds like im sitting next to a small fountain with a lawnmower running in the distance.
@Andrew-ot3dxsick drop!
@TheCartman33OMG..... this voice makes me sleep not study hhhhhh
@Toto-lolo2I think I'm responsible for about 1000 of these views
@SeddyRockscuts off distractions. excellent 45 minutes of study. sweet.
@issacharwelt877Came school early for studying but campus wifi doesn't even let me to play this.
@jiinkang5104Best sound for reading
@salahinrocky5638This does wonders for my concentration. My mind no longer just wanders off and I get a lot more done. So glad I found this.
@NickyneCZkaVery helpful when you just need to tune out your surroundings.
@AdamSmith-iy4rjI NEED TO TAKE A SHIT
@TheBarracudaDriver13It worked great for me for the first 30 min. Then my mind started drifting again. I think I got used to the monotony of sound.
@lidiyaivannikova5464Felt like i missed a step at 20:28... I thought i was going to fall down the stairs...
@persiangulfcatI studied with this during my last test and my grades improved significantly. I also added a little bit of instrumental music simultaneously.
Going to try again to see if I can replicate my positive results :)
how much volume should i have?
@ilderJohndoes a great job of cancelling outside noise on my earbuds, a little distracting so I have to keep it low.
@theedwardianThis works better than a lot of things to effectively cancel out the sound of voices when I'm trying to study. Voice sounds are the most distracting for me and this really kicks distracting sounds' arses!
@kangaroo432Nothing like having to read a 1900's poem book for exam with a television on the fucking background! This noise blocks out the other noise. Does it concentrate or not, I shall soon find out.
@rayres1074Should I listen to this while I am studying? It is kind of distracting.
@Sarah33KaufmanThank you! It's finals week, and even though both my roommate and I have papers to turn in, all I hear is her phone conversation with her boyfriend. I'm so done.
@the1whereIwatchI have ADHD and listening to this for some reason takes the clutter and chaos away immediately and allows me to focus on what I need to with complete control over my thoughts. Thank you :)
@courtneygeller6999weird
@GONYA301I just shit myself.
@cct17There's a skip at 20:28 that will scare the shit at you if your zoned out to this
@NinaDaGunnSome fucking idiots in the computer lab watching music videos without headphones plugged in. Goddamn you. Thanks for the awesome track though!
I plug my ipod in the surround sound system. It creates my little heaven. After 2 years of confusion to why I couldn't study as good as I could earlier, I have found my paradise. Thank you whoever created this "medicine". It is so good to be able to clear your head (pretty easily).
@BuddyStewart94This stuff works.
@lockmuertosI think one way listening to this helps is that (provided you're wearing earphones) it blocks out outside noise so you don't hear the potentially distracting things going on around you. I'm in college and can't afford to live alone on campus so I have to live with my parents, making it a little hard to study because I can hear what's going on in the apartment, but the brown/pink noise mix keeps me from hearing my parents and little brother, so I'm able to focus on my school work more. Thank you, 'BinauralBrainwave' - HQ Binaural Beats & Isochronic Tones !!
@SalemRavencroftThank you, thank you, thank you!!! This is helping so much, as I am trying to finish assignments for grad school and can hear my roommates talking in the other room.
