It looks like the owner of the ship just doesn't want to maintain it because of its size but at the same time still can't decide what's next. It would be stupid and sad seeing that ship scrapped so many can live inside or use it as a ship even with basic maintenance plus it's a very unique looking one and it doesn't even in a bad condition I saw much worse. Hope someone buys it and use it or use it as a hotel or makes it a ship museum I would like to explore it personally.
