Please help get the word out——-this is true for any candidate.

Spencer as the LA Mayoral candidate MUST file paperwork ASAP to do a recount. This is done either with the city clerk or county elections dept. This is the ONLY WAY he will be able to examine the vote and the following:
1) Are there stamps on all of those mail in ballots? If not, keeping the counts going after the election night count was just a rouse to ballot dump. Very few voters use the Post Office especially at the last minute.
2) Raman already conceded the race —hold her to it
3) every precinct has a set number of registered voters—typically 2,500 to 5,000 depending on the city and state. This way the clerks know they have enough ballots, supplies, and staff.
A) Look at the votes — are there more votes than registered voters in each precinct?
😎 do the poll books match the machine vote totals? They should. County Board of Canvassers will need to reconcile this before certifying the election.
4) any ballots received after Election Day without stamps—should be CHALLENGED. This is an election term. If they weren’t secured and separated for future viewing, then they cannot be counted.

I am a trained election worker in Macomb County, Michigan. In 2016 I video taped the entire election certification that helped Trump win our county and Michigan. Hilllary Clinton secretly funded Jill Stein (Green Party) to do a recount even though Jill only won 1% of the vote. When all the discrepancies, I mentioned above, came out they immediately stopped the recount.
The Dems learned from this and created their playbook for 2020 and beyond.
