Maps should be the whole single kingdom with an over world that has other maps with other civilizations or enemies on them to invade or take over. Similar to Bannerlord, but with this gameplay. Would add to the emersion with cities feeling more accurately spread out and travel logistics for your army/kingdom.

20:10 Since the last update, hunting camps produce pelts instead of hides - so you can't make leather from hunted animals anyway. The sources of hides are either backyard goat pens or sheep/cows and a butcher.

The forager hut needs to be placed close to the mushrooms for better efficiency!

The game does not have moving mechanics! If it's a steep-slope road, it doesn't matter.... the ox will not move slower or faster !

Such a great video to just keep watching until 45 minutes have flown by! I'm also a game developer working on a realistic style, gridless, colony-type builder where you will have many small villages and outposts spread across a large map, working together, and this video has given me so much motivation to get my village/resource/buildings/jobs mechanics up and running properly! It would be so immensely rewarding to watch people create their worlds with something I made :)
