Standard Chartered just published a $100,000 Bitcoin target for December 2026. The same bank that had $150,000 earlier this year before cutting it. The same analyst who apologized in 2025 for calling $120,000 too low.
The headline sounds bullish. The fine print is more complicated.

I think there's a good chance Bitcoin will hit $100k by March or April of next year, but December seems unlikely.
