as usual...awesome weekly report...Thanks

By the time Spacex has a spare Booster available to be able to send one to the cape AND not delay the actual IFT flights at Starbase the odds are that both Boosters and a ship or 2 will have been caught

If Spacex is able catch starships it makes absolutely no sense to ship a Starship to the cape via barge when they simply could launch a starship from Starbase on an inclination that allows it to be caught at the cape...

It makes a lot of sense to ship boosters to the Cape, but shipping a Starship would be a total waste of time , resources and Launch capacity..

I say Launch capacity because to lay a starship onto it's Belly into a cradle and Transport it across a bouncy ocean will require some structural reinforcements to be added resulting in less mass being able to be delivered to orbit...

There is a misconception that Starship's surviving the forces of re-entry and the belly flop means that it can withstand being support via cradles... this is not the case.. the cradles exert a concentrated force in limited areas whereas the belly flop is actually a force from behind and re-entry is evenly spread out on the heat tile side to the entire belly and flaps..

clearly if spacex can land a starship at starbase the same holds true anywhere there are catch arms on a tower designed to catch one.. Planes don't have to land where they take off... neither do starships
