Sleep in 5 Minutes (Very Powerful) The Military Sleep Technique

Video Overview & Insights

Welcome to this powerful sleep technique—perhaps one of the most effective ever—that you can practice on your own or simply by listening to a guided session. This video introduces you to the Military Sleep Technique, which blends powerful exercises like active breathing, a full-body scan, guided imagery, and affirmations. The first part of the video explains the method in detail, so you can learn to use it independently and fall asleep in as little as five minutes. After the explanation, you’ll hear a longer guided session designed to help you drift effortlessly into deep, restful sleep...

My dad was in the navy, they taught him a technique, 5 minutes, he’d be asleep.

I love this. However, each time it loops round to do the body relaxation I get puzzled and frustrated by the way we relax all down the left arm and then jump to the right hand having missed out the right shoulder and arm. Is there a reason for this?

@jennaefkay3037

What scares me is the loud commercial that will most probably wake me up after the 2 hours if I fall asleep
