Sleep in 5 Minutes (Very Powerful) The Military Sleep Technique
Video Overview & Insights
Welcome to this powerful sleep technique—perhaps one of the most effective ever—that you can practice on your own or simply by listening to a guided session. This video introduces you to the Military Sleep Technique, which blends powerful exercises like active breathing, a full-body scan, guided imagery, and affirmations. The first part of the video explains the method in detail, so you can learn to use it independently and fall asleep in as little as five minutes. After the explanation, you’ll hear a longer guided session designed to help you drift effortlessly into deep, restful sleep...
My dad was in the navy, they taught him a technique, 5 minutes, he’d be asleep.

@kianakan96826Racing thoughts can be heavy. That’s why I design these guides to give the mind something gentle to follow.
@JayHoorayStudiosAnyone recommend what works for heavy racing thoughts?
@marc9159As you relax are you meant to feel like burning pins and needles all over your body from head to toe ?
@dustineputtaertI don't think I've made it to 10 minutes yet and I have came back to this for a few days now for both naps and full night sleeps. Unheard of for me lol
@PinkyPastellic25:03 still awake.......
@Nick-s9f6hI didn't know that the military had a sleep technique.

@rose-rose13Me and my wife use ambient sounds it helps a great deal as well https://www.youtube.com/live/kWSA5u-bEHM?si=w1iYdGr3og9Trf4P
@TonyWilson-wu5ouI use Ambien and I don't have to wait 2 hours! 😴
@sans3.2.1.0I love this. However, each time it loops round to do the body relaxation I get puzzled and frustrated by the way we relax all down the left arm and then jump to the right hand having missed out the right shoulder and arm. Is there a reason for this?
@jennaefkay3037What scares me is the loud commercial that will most probably wake me up after the 2 hours if I fall asleep
@lovemysammyboyMight be good if you weren’t talking the entire video
