The outrage was so strong that Sorsby finally left Texas Tech even though he got a court to say he could play and Tech was going to let him play Whether Reese and Buekers were joking or not, it was poorly timed at a minimum given the recent Sorsby controversy. But all of the other stuff about Sports gambling being prevalent nowadays is irrelevant. Players cannot be allowed to gamble on games they are playing in, and it is a bad look if they're even joking about it.
