#titanic #leonardodicaprio

Forgive me, what will say. But there on ship could be more lifeboats, probably for all people, but captain smith and bruce ismay and thomas andrews were too arrogant. They though, that ship could not sink and also they didnt want have more lifeboats on ship, because it would be obstacle on ship view. Would ruin ship reputation.

4:19 Actually incredible how much trapped air there was creating implosions as the stern’s own weight forced it down after a brief 40 second hold at vertical

So, does a high blood alcohol content help save you from freezing in the North Atlantic?

Random Chef guy Charles Joughin @03:28 was fortunate enough to be drunk off his ass the entire ordeal and walk away from this.

There have been studies that, if they would have never seen the iceberg and drove straight into it, there would have been significant damage, but the ship would not have sunk. The OOD, in his effort to save the ship, doomed it.

Sad fact: One scene where a man had jumped off from the sterns fence hitting the propeller and landing on the Atlantic ocean (also known as propeller guy) on 0:22 was actually based on a real man, his name is Cyril who tried to follow his friend named Frank (the guy at 0:12) but got hit by the propeller on impact while on the way down (or what others say got hit by floating debris on impact with the shallow water) which caused Cyril to be unconscious and have a major injury on his legs. His friend Frank held Cyril close where Cyril unfortunately died due to his injuries and hypothermia. Frank was eventually rescued on Lifeboat 4 and survived the wreckage.

Over 1,490 and 1,517 passengers, crew members and much more died when the disaster was happening, some died by getting crushed by underneath the falling stern and funnels, others drowned, most got frozen when the ship was heading into the Atlantic ocean...

Rest in peace to those who died in the wreckage, they will be remembered 🙂‍↕️🌹
