Having personally experienced some very rude behavior like, pushing, not respecting ques, somehow feeling more privileged or entitled.
Eating at a restaurant and filling the plate till it almost spills over, and only eating 10%
This behavior is known in several countries where Russians tend to come, its not about language, its overall behavior, I would call it disrespect.
Having said that, the world is full of different people, but this is just a trait that I have seen repeated a lot. I am sure there are very nice Russians, and somehow what I have seen are the people who can afford to travel, and maybe they are on another level, and think this applies worldwide.

I worked with Russians on and off for 30 years at several international companies. I found that in general Russians are very willing to lie and deceive and then just act as though it is a natural and normal way to behave. The most interesting part about it was their willingness to just lie, get caught and not even feel remotely uncomfortable. This seems to be deeply ingrained in the culture. Putin openly lies all the time and he seems to not worry about losing credibility at all. It is almost as though to a Russian lying is completely acceptable and even more acceptable if you do not get caught.

Вот не понимаю только почему вы назвали видео "Взгляды россиян на мораль вас шокируют", это касается небольшой прослойки преступников, которые используют законы и насилие против остальных. Большинство моих сограждан нормальные люди с правильными ценностями и взглядами на законы и человеческую жизнь. Если вы скажете, что надо восставать, то не слышал, чтобы американцы что-то могли изменить в своей стране особо, хотя многие свободы важные у вас еще сохранились, но их уже ужимают активно. One addition I would make is that the first and second class consent to this status quo in exchange for the chance (however miniscule) of moving up to the third or fourth class, and it is purely this consent that makes the entire system possible.
