I had someone rage at me once. I was pulling into my workplace parking-lot and a dolt from out of state ran a stop sign and nearly hit me. I blew my horn and he followed me into the parking lot. He then approached my car and started screaming and yelling. While he was prattling on about nothing, I kept looking at his car and shook my head and muttered "Oh, that's too bad". He stopped ranting and asked "What's wrong?", "Oh, it's nothing, you can probably rub it out", I said.

While he was looking over his car, I walked into the office.
