Rescue Dogs Transform the Moment They Meet 'The One' 🐶
Video Overview & Insights
Finding a best friend isn't always easy, but it’s always worth it. Join these rescues as they navigate the ups and downs of meeting 'the one.'
I wish all dog owners cared so much about their doggies' needs as these people. It's so heartwarming to watch the doggies meeting their new buddy. Dogs really thrive when they find the right buddy to goof around with.

Always two dogs. Would you want to live on your own given the choice? Probably not. Another reason is that two is never any more work, and, more than twice the joy that you experience with one. When you see them together there is something magical that happens. The happiness that you see that they have with each other gives you a pleasure that I cannot be put into words. In my world it is an older dog with a pup of the opposite sex. No territorial issues, acceptance of who is the boss and the best possible teacher for your new dog, better than any dog trainer you could ever find. That is, if you did the job right with your existing dog. I have seen this happen so many times that it cannot be chance. My Male, large breed dog Bob, has helped my new female small breed dog Dora, become an exceptional new family member. She mimics his behaviour such that my training is just reinforcing what she is learning from him. I don’t think an older dog is out of the question as a number 2 and I would not let it stop me from exploring this. I think that when you see them together you will know, but also know that this is a start for them, and for you. For a dog used to be on its own and which feels content in its existing environment this is a huge change. Work to be done but also happiness to be had for them and for you.😊

Why do you Youtubers always post a darling thumbnail that NEVER ends up being part of your videos! HONESTY MEANS MORE than CLICKS!!! NOT a subscriber!
@Dianne-b4nMy favourite episode, beautiful
@jacquiwmchIt takes days. Not one meeting

@HetmanIVIF YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE A DOG, YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO.
DOGS ARE THE HIGHEST OF SOCIAL ORDER SPECIES. THE HIGHEST MOST LIKELY THE WOLF DOG THEN THE HUSKIE.
THEY NEED TO BE IN A PACK.
THEY ARE THE ULTIMATE TEAM MEMBER.
WITHOUT OTHERS THEY SUFFER WORSE THAN ANY OTHER SOCIAL ANIMAL.
I WOULD VENTURE TO SAY THEY SUFFER LONELINESS MORE THAN HUMANS WHO CAN ADAPT TO BEING ALONE AS WE CONTROL OUR DESTINY MORE THAN ANY ANIMAL.
DOGS SUFFER FROM LEARNED HELPLESSNESS.
THEY THUS NEED THE TEAM MEMBERS TO HELP THEM OUT OF DANGEROUS MOMENTS.
Would love to see update videos from the families a month later
@RainbowMystic8I saw an operation on a blind dog with cataracts get new sight with cataracts removed and new lenses.

@Oakleaf700first question: why did your dog get hit by the car?
@bevfrench3496Bro undatables but for dogs im in love
@NewishjeegarEvie/Betsy has a cute "smile", you get her energy and vibe instantly. And little, little Rex worked so hard to impress (he impressed me). And Dachshunds are my weak spot anyway, so loyal and fierce.
@KatHuaweiLittle Mix and Gucci! 😭 😂❤. Such a cute fam!
@seamslatasha359825:37 if parents of number 4 Marney see this — use a canine vest for walking vs collar; collars put pressure on trachea and neck/spinal + Marney will have more security with a vest
@SpicyTacos2026@thedoghousetvofficial curious if you tested episodes at 20 minutes and 30 minutes episodes vs long episodes to see if subscribers increase and views increase to end if episode
@SpicyTacos2026From these meetings it’s apparent that dogs take time to get to know each other. If at first things don’t seem to be working give them time. Too many people freak out before the energy has had time to adjust and a dog that needs a home is needlessly rejected.
@clyar429Dog bless you all.
@MasonUSMarnie is terrified ffs,
give her time
why ffs do you have to rename dogs 🐕
pathetic, unless some previous cretin has given it rude names
This country always has perfect bred dogs and pretty dogs. You never see a abused story
@human_kittenzThe old couple can adopt me too? what sweet people they are
@galvao1138Woodie is a gorgeous dog .
@tomallen6117Amen
@bellanightninja😍Such beautiful stories and wonderful pet owners!
@tabeaschmid8103Feel Soo sad for Teddy the bulldog 😢
@diane5593Thanks!
@JeanneCraft-gd6krReally frustrating to see how these dogs are treated as if they're human, and that all the talk about them is from a human perspective, instead of what's best for the dog: exercise, discipline, and affection. No attempt to curb the adopters' nerves and sappy hanging on to dog's past. Learn about dog behavior and what's best for them.
@janettehughes2957Love the way dogs pretend not to be interested in each other when they first meet !
@lechenaultia5863Does anyone make it through this show without crying? Oh, my, the humans wanting their pups to be happy.
@stanbyme7874Max watching "One man and his Dog", he's so ready for it! ❤
@Sanderson9g9Nothing is more heartwarming than watching a rescue dog realize they’ve finally found their forever home and the person who will love them unconditionally. Moments like this truly melt my heart.
@KhánhBùi-p9vI’ve had my rescue Miss Cinnamon for two years. She still seems to try to adjust to us. It took a year for her to sleep in the bed with me and my other dog Mr Sullivan and months more to assert her preference for where on the bed she wanted to sleep. Even now, she slowly takes up spooning with me (that Mister never does) as if she’s trying to be sure that tonight she has his permission. It takes patience and she may always be this way. She’s sleeping at my feet right now. I’ve never regretted bringing her into our home.
@LaurieGo57I have a dog that I rescued from the street. Before I rescued him, he lived at least a year on the street in front of my house and used to come by and sometimes even get my dogs to escape out the gate to play with him in the street. After rescuing him just before Christmas, he'd already been blind in one eye, but he also had a severe case of heartworm and nearly died. As we were treating him for heartworm, sadly, he completely lost his vision in his other eye. He's totally blind now. I'd planned on only fostering him and trying to find him a new home since I have 4 permanent dogs of my own, but it will be difficult. He's young, but no longer wants to play with the o6dogs and sometimes does get into barking matches with them. Other times he's ok. He loves me to death, but I feel he'd be happier if it were just me and him. Unfortunately, that can't be. I'm hoping to find him a perfect home. It will be difficult because it's hard to find homes for dogs without special needs homes in Belize, Central America. I hope everything works well for this family with the blind dog, Marnie and Bella. I'm really happy it's working for them.
@shethingsdImagine living all your life with people who dont speak your language at all even though they are obviously fond of you. We don't lick and sniff our dogs bottoms...that's THEIR language and they deserve someone who they can share that language with.
@amandamorton-king2112❤❤❤

@BritanyJakubowskiThis is the rabies not babies gang. Just wierd
@valluerrrrrYUK They are dogs they’re trying to hump human legs when there isn’t another animal to bonk. What wierd people putting human emotions on freaking animals.
