The conversation turns to the machinery of secrecy, with Burlison arguing the Manhattan Project taught the government how to bury a program inside federally funded research centers, and detailing the interrogatories he has sent to MITRE, MIT Lincoln Laboratory, the CIA and the FBI, including a reel-to-reel recording of a U.S. Air Force general questioning MIT scientists about the 1952 Washington flyover that Lincoln Laboratory is now in the process of declassifying. Coulthart and Burlison weigh whether an 82-year-old secret can hold, why declassification never happens on its own and what it would mean for a congressman of deep faith to confront the ontological shock of disclosure. Burlison does not hedge on the stakes, telling Ross that revealing what is behind this would be the greatest revelation since Jesus Christ and offering his read on whether the Trump White House intends to deliver it.

What's to stop all these agencies and private companies from just deleting and destroying the files that they are asked to provide? Then they can truthfully just say that the files don't exist. What law states that they may not destroy whatever files they wish? What would be the penalty for destroying classified information? Why are they keeping these reports in the first place? None of this makes any sense to me. Can someone educate me or help me to understand why the supposed files are being hidden rather than destroyed?

@jamescrossdale6659I want someone to ask one of the government officials who are into the UFO thing, what the timeline with the yap film drops when they are going to get to the Roswell, Rendelshem, Varginia, type information.
There’s stuff that have been rumoured for decades, & if the government is sticking to its promise of releasing ALL information that they have regarding this topic, then that means that at some point, it literally has to get to that piece of the story. I want to see that first Roswell information, that happened immediately after the crash, before they changed the story to the weather balloon nonsense. There was that first day when it was being reported in the papers about a crashed UFO. I want that stuff. Also, there is apparently high quality footage and imagery of the Rendelsham incident.

I just wish someone could ask one of these government folks about the timeline for the file drop of specific cases.

@5ONeilSo the first actual physical encounter I had was in the early 80’s before that I remember glowing orbs floating over my bed and on one occasion seeing one in the mirror while I was brushing my teeth before bed drift down the hallway and do a right angled turn into the living room. They can pass through walls btw. I’ve seen it. So can the greys I suspect because since 1983 when my family got buzzed by a UFO while driving home from mooroopna late at night I’ve had encounters with them as well as a life punctuated by truly absurd synchronicities. Ross, you got in contact with me just before COVID and recommended a hypnotherapist in Perth, unfortunately I was unable to get there because of the lockdowns in Victoria and all the BS that ensued but since that time I’ve been increasingly amazed at the effort that you’ve put into a subject that I’ve been ridiculed for all my life so I’d like to say thanks mate for your efforts on lifting the veil…
