4:58, why does q1 transition to q1 when input is 0? i mean if it remains in q1, doesn't it mean that the state is not restarted? if the machine remains in q1 then any other day even if it's not consecutive will turn the machine into an accept state

on 1 → go to q₂

I think in the transition table you made a small mistake at q1 if it sees a 0 it will return to q0 and not stay at q1
