Tabatha takes over makes me miss working behind the chair. I started as a salon assistant in high school and loved the smell of perms, and I still love that smell lol
I hope she comes back to tv, I'd love to see her style now!!

@LorettaBrailHer method works - it's tough love but always done with constructive criticism. How many people who were so offended and insecure and angry and defiant. All of them each had to work on themselves and once they put their egos aside, turned out to actually become a professional hairdresser as well as a decent human being. The hairdressing field is well known to be petty, gossipy etc... and if you walk in somewhere and the energy is negative and the people there don't care - you turn around right away. Your hair is what makes a person's whole look - so don't accept mediocre work.
