Crazy, but day trading is the real deal. I have been doing it full time for a while, and it can be a license to print money IF you know what you are doing, which boils down to 2 things: (1) having a strategy with edge, and (2) exercising flawless risk management. The "watching cartoons while I wait for my trade to hit" though is kind of crazy, LOL. I wouldn't dare! HAHA.
