@burritoman95I was hoping for clarity about the name of æ and how it's pronouned. Short A sound doesn't seem correct. E.g. Encyclopædia. Which is clearly an E sound. Edit: Yes you are correct in one interpretation but this seems like a rabbithole where it has at least 2 pronounciations. It seems to be called Ash.
