Let's stay inside the movie universe logic.
The Predator knocked the bear out with one hit, then lifted a 2,000 pound animal over its head like it weighed nothing. That already tells you it’s operating on a completely different level of strength and speed.
Predators don’t hunt because they need to. They hunt to test themselves against dangerous opponents. A bear is one of the most formidable creatures on Earth, so of course the Predator would want to face it with at least some kind of challenge instead of just deleting it instantly. That’s basically the entire mentality of the species. They’re powerful enough to dominate, but they’re more interested in proving themselves against worthy fighters.
Feral would have absolutely destroyed Dutch in the first movie, no cap.

@eF_czI liked the action scenes, but for me, the plot seems to drag on at times. It just didn’t have the smooth pacing of the very first two Predator movies.
However, I liked it a lot better than the slew of Predator movies that followed the Danny Glover film. Those were just plain awful.
The AI guy has never seen a big grizzly in reality. They are immensely powerful! In real life in the wild you'll guaranteed to say holy crap!
