West Ham played dreadful football under Moyes (who had almost the same record as potter before he left). Terrible football and winning is different to terrible football and still losing. All we want are players that work hard and not to be pinned inside our own box for 90 minutes every week. We all love Moyes for what he won us, but the football was almost always poor, it was only a matter of time until the results dropped off too (we couldn’t over perform forever), he deserved to be sacked and even when we were winning the signs were worrying.

Whoever is behind the scenes on this show is doing a terrible job. Any graphic on the show is always badly done, either it’s in front of what they’re saying so it ruins the table/graph/team. Truely terrible.

Hard away day at St.James, but Arsenal have got tougher ones due to rivalries and current form (Spurs and Palace spring to mind). The psychology of winning in the last seconds makes the victory seem bigger than it is. Arsenal should win this game, given their current form, and they did win this game. Had they won 2-0 with the same lineup but scored in the first half, most would just be impressed and look forward to next week, not claiming they are now the favourites. A similar thing happened with Arsenal a few years ago when they beat Villa away in the last minute. The biggest question mark over Arteta has always been his decision-making under pressure when titles can be won and lost. Those games (regardless of opposition) happen in March/April/May. So far, in the very few games we have played this season, Arsenal are 2 points behind Liverpool, where most people may have predicted at the beginning of the season when guessing scores.

I get what Reev is saying about the Pope thing and I think it's odd that it became such a big debate. Howe has set the team up to counter and hopefully nick a result, so when Newcastle had the chance to do so, Pope attempted the pass but it was a shit kick. I don't think Reev is saying Howe shouldn't have gone for the win, but he's just simply saying if the mentality was to settle for a draw then Elanga wouldn't have sprinted up the pitch and Pope wouldn't have attempted the kick - and I don't think that's a ridiculous thing to say
