I loved the whole video but especially the maintenance man part. Idk if its universal but st least here in canada the mcdonalds frsnchise i work for or just rrstaursnt hires that position which ive filled the past 5 months since i hsve prior experince. He does have a point where some like management might not see it as an important role. But theres alot to do im similiar handle the whole inside and outside of the restaurant diffirence is i do it throughout the night. Noy many ppl are willing to work with hot fryer oil like filtering and changing it either. As well as garbage pickup cleaning up parking lot working with cleaning greasy grills and floors all that. I dont really have a point in saying any of this but its nice to see someone tske pride in there work similiar to mine makes me want to take a little more pride in my work as well.
