That is still considered kidnapping by law! The guy took off in his car with a police officer illegally, without consent! He told the guy to stop,pull over,etc... That's a big charge and not be safe on the roads!

The guy was sleeping not bothering anyone but no all up in his biusness interrogating him why you here what you doing here bro chill TF OUT he panicked then the cop tried to turn of the ignition but intentionally stayed in the car that was defo not kidnap again he panicked and didn't know what to do so carried on driving he could of hurt the officer im glad he didn't get that long in jail hope he gets his life back on track because your not really that bad of a human being just made a few dumb mistakes.
