Emmit Smith played to pad his stats in his later years instead of playing to win he would of played for the browns if they would have offered him a contract

It was horrifying to see my hero Franco go to Seattle. That was in t h e day when lots of people played for one team their whole career. And this was Franco Harris ! The steelers offensive catalyst.

@doctornova3015

Don't forget Jerry Rice was very briefly a Bronco although he retired before the regular season started.

@GWSkeptic
@

Wes Welker actually began his career with the San Diego Chargers for a single game.

@BillJohnson-x6s

Michael Vick played pretty well on the Steelers, don't hate
A-Rod played pretty good on the Steelers last year, did you watch the games last year? 24TDs to 7INTs. hope A-Rod comes back for year 2 in Pittsburgh.

Peyton Manning’s 509 touchdown against the Niners - I just remembered it was against the Niners that Colts coach Jim Mora had his most famous meltdown.

Reggie Wayne patriots

Crosby to Baltimore then back to raiders

Mike Vrable with the Chiefs, Richard Seymour with the Raiders, and Logan Mankins with the Bucs were all pretty weird. Seymour was especially bad, he had some good years left and there were other guys they could've traded to free up cap space. Poor dude had to play out his last years on some horrible Raiders teams.

Jamaal Charles on the Broncos but especially the Jaguars

13:08 I'm pretty sure the reason Larry Allen decided to finally join the 49ers late in his career is because it was closer to home. He's the only player I know of who went to Sonoma State University and graduated and was drafted to the NFL because Sonoma State University is definitely not a powerhouse and actually they haven't had a football program in decades. In fact Sonoma state was actually on the news in recent years and not just local to here in Santa Rosa or Sonoma County or wine country but big news in the Bay Area because Sonoma state was trying to close down their entire sports program because this University is now really falling apart and they were trying to reduce expenses by getting rid of the sports program, but a lot of people did not want that to end. Quite honestly I'm pretty sure Sonoma State University is probably going to go out of business within a few years. The irony is the community college in our area Santa Rosa Community College is actually doing extremely well and expanding although I think what helps them is that it's actually affordable to go to srjc while Sonoma State just like any other university out there is incredibly expensive

Obviously, I'm not without considerable bias on all things Lions, & even moreso all things Barry Sanders, as he remains to this very day my childhood idol, but this is me checking said bias at the door.

Barry would've absolutely destroyed that record. To say he would've "rewritten" the record, is a massive understatement. We're talking about 10,000 yards more. There is no metric by which to reach any other conclusion. None. I respect the shit out of Emmit Smith. A phenomenal player, & by all accounts nothing but straight class, to boot. Even he has publicly stated many times that Barry was better....by far.

I disagree with Larry Allen looking strange... but I am a 49ers fan, and Allen was [RIP big guy] from the general bay area /central Califorina area. Allen grew up in Compton, California. He went to Butte College like Aaron Rodger would later, and then Sonoma State. Seeing Larry come ot he 49ers was seeing the legend "come home." When I heard Larry died, I cried. I have only cried for Larry Allen and Junior Seau, but boy did I. I looked up to that man.

@PaulGaither

Owens was actually pretty solid w the Bengals and Bills
