Friedrich Nietzsche was born in 1844 in a quiet village in the eastern part of Germany, where – for generations – his forefathers had been pastors. He did exceptionally well at school and university; and so excelled at ancient Greek (a very prestigious subject, at the time) that he was made a professor at the University of Basel when still only in his mid-twenties

What I like about him is even though he hates Christianity but he respects Jesus Christ for living truthfully. I believe if Jesus saw the modern times, Jesus would understand Nietzsche.

His quote about pilate is pretty funny when you think about the fact that he did not kill jesus out of his own will. He sentenced him to death because he feared the Jewish crowds and he followed thier wishes because he was a coward.

His opinion about Envy really tells you what kind of man Nietzsche was. He needed a cope to live with the fact that he was envious of other peoples success without triggering his conciseness, while at the same time knowing that he was not the Übermensch he thought he was. He tried to used it as something that would push him to greatness. Trying to achieve greatness because you Eny others is never a good idea and has never lead to a good outcome. You could even say that this mindset helped the downfall of morals in society that we still see today.

As an ex-atheist Christianity doesn’t teach you to be ashamed at all or that you’ll be okay if you are Christian, Jesus opened my eyes up to different philosophies. If you think being a follower of Christ is bad then you’ve been deceived by man.

Alright, I’m reading this book 99 Doses of Nietzsche, right? And I get it. It’s aimed at the stressed-out guy stuck in traffic in a Honda Civic who wants to feel like a Viking instead of a middle manager. It’s all “be your own god,” “conquer yourself,” “don’t let anyone step on you.”

He’s over here calling pity some kind of sickness, a “depressant.” And I’m like—imagine your kid falls off a bike, scrapes their knee, and you just stand there saying, “Sorry, I can’t help you, I’d be reinforcing your weakness. Become the Overman. Walk it off or you’re a worm.” It’s wild. Meanwhile Jesus is saying, “Love your neighbor,” and Nietzsche’s basically like, “Your neighbor is either a stepping stone or a speed bump on the way to greatness.”

And then there’s this Amor Fati thing—“love your fate.” Sounds profound until life actually happens. Your water heater blows up, your day goes sideways, and Nietzsche wants you to go, “Yes! I desire this again and again for eternity!” No. I want a plumber, and maybe a little grace so I don’t lose my mind and start punching drywall.

That’s the problem with this whole “self-overcoming” mindset—it puts everything on you. Like you’re supposed to be the engine, the driver, and the destination all at once. But have you met me? I can barely keep up with basic life. If I’m my own god, we are all in serious trouble. I need a Savior, not a self-improvement seminar on steroids.

Nietzsche calls humility “slave morality” like it’s an insult. But maybe the so-called “slaves” were onto something. Maybe it’s just called not being consumed by ego. Christianity says, “You’re not the center,” and Nietzsche goes, “Actually you are, but you’ve been psychologically suppressed from realizing your titan potential.”

It’s just exhausting after a while. All this “Will to Power” and “Eternal Recurrence” talk. I’ll stick with the guy who turned water into wine and told people to be merciful. At least He didn’t end up in Italy talking to a horse because His philosophy burned His brain out from trying to be too alpha.

I’m just saying—if you’re already stressed, maybe don’t start with the guy who treats hope like a weakness. Maybe start with grace. It’s a lot lighter. And it doesn’t require you to become a mythological project just to survive being human.

His philosophy offers a powerful reminder that our central task in life is to "become who we are." His ideas encourage us to challenge the norms imposed by society and to embrace our own potential for growth. Through his work, Nietzsche inspires us to break free from constraints and live authentically, fostering self-awareness and strength in the face of adversity. His philosophy doesn't offer simple answers, but rather, it pushes us to engage deeply with ourselves and the world around us, ultimately empowering us to create our own meaning and purpose in life. Truly transformative.

I know some people don’t like Christianity but it taught me not hate what I can not have but to go get what I can not have. Nonetheless, I had to listen to my resentment to do it.

“Whoever say he loves God but is angry with his brother is a liar.” Instead of don’t be angry we must ask, how can I not be angry?

Actually yeah before when ITS still new i probably go with revenge but after lingering in these state i thought to myself why go do revenge yes ITS nice but it just creates another mess in life it holds you to the door of opportunity (having new friends becoming said friend having friends bcus of the new friend group u open up knowing the true problem of ur "enemy" is much easier when ur both drinking at a Bar and some opened doors we humans didnt even know of in this world) i could very easily be revengeful after this bcus my situation change IM gonna take my rights for granted etc. But it the revenge too big i mean might aswell just Jack off or sum idk

@liljagzgayboyfriend
@

Actually if u look at alot of religious teaching envy alcohol pigs pride they actually try to save u from ur own troubles envious could lead to hate etc. Alcohol violence pigs they Will be bad when u don't know what cholesterol are pride guard down u get it i wont crossover the physical stuff like alcohol But the emotion in a pinch can be a superpower if u think u can handle it why not

Nietzsche is the thing order of the nine angles and warhammer have in common. ? And possible Autism? Warhammer is just a game , order of nine angles real violence with instructions. And encouraging some to murder. Well my neighbours are acting all chanting all over the place repeating words, autism x,s all over car , stalking ect Jewish hatred ect ect. One that goes in has been on trial for murder but found innocent. He was found with murder shopping list and told his mate he going to kill the victim. (Body not found) ( Donavon Van Lil). I don’t know them. Says in paper he obsessed with warhammer. Has he progressed from that to order of the nine angles where some are instructed to murder? Or does Warhammer hint at killing in real life? Last I saw him he was standing next to a black car outside , holding his palm up( if it was him) , clenching his fist with other hand and hitting palm of hand with it while standing next to car with a pal. Apparently in Warhammer that’s signalling solidarity , obedience, strength and readiness for combat. In the 40k universe among space marines.(googled)

I want to live my life,
but I don't know where to start.
Understanding takes effort,
and so does acceptance.
Don't worry about what others think.
Just do whatever you want, whatever comes to mind.
Let's live alone.
