The crash was reported around 12:37 a.m. at Craig Road and Jones Boulevard, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.

Maybe Metro needs to concentrate on cars with no plates here in Vegas, probably would stop hit and run idiots here!! Instead, Metro changes speed signs without warning as a cash cow!! Get rid of these drivers with no plates, no license and no insurance!!

I've had to make quick decisions to avert hitting pedestrians. It's easier for the pedestrians to do the right things. As a driver you not only have to worry about the pedestrian but if there are other cars surrounding you. Then the decision if it's best to slam on your brakes, or change lanes. 3 things need to happen. Pedestrians need to be encouraged to wear reflective clothes when walking in the dark, for them to use proper crosswalks and obey lights/signs, and for ALL roads to be well lit. I can't count how many homeless/drunk people walk aimlessly around Flamingo Rd in front of the Rio. It's so incredibly dark there.

I was out getting gas last night and people need to be more aware. I saw a few people out walking dogs with dark colored clothing. Nothing reflective. By the time you see them it is too late.
@mystuffyesmystuffIt’s super easy to get away with a hit and run when you don’t have any identification on your vehicle. Maybe metro should start pulling people over I thought when I pay taxes I was also paying for the safety and security of the police force in my local town apparently not.
