Come zip-lining with me through the rain forest in Costa Rica! We explore the town afterwards & go to the local hot springs! It was an amazing day!
This trip looked awesome. I'll probably never be able to afford an ABD trip though. The go-pro is cool, but the 360 camera took it up a notch for views. So cool to get those awesome themed pins each day. Cool ones to have in your pin collection for sure. I'm just taken back on how several of these trips have been hosted. How does the travel company get to do that? Great job at helping most of us live vicariously through you.

As an Arizona Native, the road trip will be so worth it but for your own enjoyment don’t go between June-August. It’s so unbearably hot. You will enjoy it so much more if you go in late spring or early fall.

We love national parks! We've been taking our girls on a big camping trip (with national parks as a focus) each summer. We have a hyrid camper (pop up + rv). When the girls were smaller, we started with the East Coast. We did Great Smoky, Shenandoah, Niagara Falls, and up to Acadia in Maina. We also have done Mammoth + The Great Lakes. Last summer was our most epic one where we did Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Glacier, and the Black Hills. We haven't quite made it out to the west coast yet (we're in Atlanta) but it's definitely a goal. Our girls remember these trips so fondly and we are so glad we did them.

One of the things I enjoyed most about your videos on this trip was your comments on the birds. When we came home from CR, I couldn't stop talking about the birds. They were amazing!! Thank you for letting me enjoy CR all over again. You guys always provide such great content.

If you do plan on doing a RV trip around the national parks, I would recommend going during winter time. You'll be able to go into the park with way less people. My husband and I did a Utah national park road trip in January. It is cold and snowy, but I feel like its more beautiful that way.
We also got married in Zion NP in January. Its so beautiful and its our favorite park by far. And I'm sure Oliver and Jackson will love seeing the wildlife.
I’m curious, how many people were with you? And was it families, couples, singles? I know all 3 options are options, but just the break down for your specific adventure.

@4fordisney790Looks like you had a great time. If you do the do the national parks do them in the early fall. Weather is better and not as crowded. As someone who lived closed to the parks none of the locals go during the summer because the crowds are so bad. End of August beginning of September is a good time. Most businesses are still open. Also some of the parks now require day permits ahead of time or permits for certain things in the park.

@MikesVegasMight I suggest Thanksgiving trip through Utah. We did it a few years ago for my birthday and it was perfect. We got a little snow for Bryce but it was not hot and no reservations for the parks. Or maybe right before Thanksgiving break?
