Lyrics:

Come out come out wherever you roam

The king and queen of American bluegrass and americana.

— @dmills13F

There’s time enough for one last song

So gather in close before the music fades

Magnificent vocals! Poignant lyrics. And to a guy who got his first mandolin just prior to retirement, enthralling!

— @jackhoyle4743

Kick up your heels, lay down your stones

Roll over backwards in your sweet baby’s arms

Can't wait for the album

— @mikecerino919

And rise like Lazarus, the band is beginning to play

The last American waltz

One of the best songs I’ve heard in a long time. Very well done!

— @TweetTVdotcom

We were young when we carved

Out our names in the sky

Probably one of the more timely tunes I've heard in a while.

— @jasonsgroovemachine

With a song on our tongues and our hearts on the line

On an unruly vessel we sailed in the perilous wind

Well done everyone!

— @williamickes4648

We cut through the irons all

Jake-legged and numb

American decline never sounded so beautiful.

— @RyanHughes-h9l

To the mystical pounding of Indian drums

Now we’re called all together

Love this . I grew up with songs like these . Old folky - country style songs

— @Justjayne7z

Tojoin in this motley parade

Oh the fire in the furnace the fog in the air

Love this. The blend of their voices is sublime!

— @remygarrison1451

Sparks flew like tinsel all down your red hair

Making desperate love where there’s no hope to spare

Absolutely brilliant! Really looking forward to the new album.

— @CliveChip

All the while hear the wild reckless tune

Is anybody listening, can anybody hear

Feels different or wrong Ketch holding a Banjo and not his normal fiddle. This is the most polished thing I can remember you guys doing. Its good just Different from the normal grit I expect when I put on a O.C.M.S. Song. Your sound is growing up. I am sure your more comfortable now doing fancy video shoots and big stages than you guys used to be playing in front of The Old Spaghetti Factory on Second Ave. I am a fan of whatever you guys choose to do. I will take what I can get and will not throw a fit. I am excited for anything new from you guys.

— @markfitzurka9995

The last American waltz?

Oh this hammer don’t ring, this cannon don’t roar

Cory can literally play any instrument huh

— @alexhollandmusic

This train boundfor glory don’t stop here no more

The scrap heaps are piling with heroes

Still waiting for the duet of "Whirlwind" with Molly. This is great, but damn, "Whirlwind" might be the perfect non-murder love ballad in OCMS history.

— @feetheweasel

Whose ship has sailed

Hush pretty baby rally the men

Such a great song. Looking forward to hearing it often.

— @kenbrown5449

The patroller’s sweeping all over the land

And he’ll snuff out your songs

"...that train don't stop here no more" nice ;>)

— @bopcomm

If you join in his desperate crusade

Well me I’m not treading down no trail of tears

💖❤💗❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

— @folly5girl

Just going out where the air is clear

And you’ll know by the sound of my violin

Just beautiful! ❤

— @imnottelling425

If I’m ever back this way again

Is anybody listening, can anybody hear

Americana music is in a good place right now!

— @chrismalandrini2805
