Probably won't be watching it through ever again but it was really important for me to have seen this when I was younger.
I had jaundice, bruises everywhere, hair falling out, etc….Next weekend I’ll be one year sober and clean from alcohol. It’s still a healing journey, and some days are harder than others, but if I can do it, so can you! 🥹💕

@laceyphobiaTf? Not every time you use something you’re going to float and do flips. You might the first few times but then the next few you just feel decent, still better than before. Use that for a bit, take time off, use again and you’re back to floating. Dumb af

@thomask7441The message this short odd little animation sends is super powerful! I’m surprised I haven’t seen this before. Someone had a tattoo of this weird little bird, and said it was a recovery tattoo, so I had to figure out what it meant. Been off all hard drugs for a while, but have done a little bit of everything in the past… so I know very well what the chase feels like, as well as the consequences of that chase, and this sums it up pretty well in a very simple form! Kudos to whoever originally made this!
