Yo - I’m Austin Schneider and I’m the co-founder of Agency U.

We help agencies go from operators to orchestrators, from hustlers to CEO’s, using a clearly defined roadmap that we used to scale to 200k/mo.

I love Asana and it's not expensive compared to Notion. Notion is clunky, looks terrible not appealing....

— @leebrendalee

We’re on a mission to help agencies scale, without burning out, creating a job for themselves or hating their business. We do this through high accountability, 1:1’s (because that’s what actually works), modules, community and unmatched support.

Here’s how I got here:

Tool choice matters less than whether the team actually uses one system consistently. Most operators don’t have a software problem, they have a consistency and accountability problem.

16 yrs old: Got evicted from our apartment and my brother was addicted to drugs.

17 yrs old: Thought I was going to work construction or become a police officer (seeking comfort).

What are your thoughts on Airtable?

19 yrs old: Worked 2 jobs while paying for school.

20 yrs old: Met my first mentor who also had a similar story to me, YET founded $400M+ company. He told me “I think you’re capable of more than you think you are.” This opened my eyes.

21 yrs old: Started my first 100% commission sales job, made 6 figures first year.

24 yrs old: Quit job to start in real estate. Lived in a friends spare room.

25 yrs old: Scaled real estate business to multiple 6 figures through social media.

26 yrs old: People kept asking me for help, so I did. This is where my agency journey started.

27 yrs old: Quit real estate, but was a bogged down glorified freelancer. Broke up with girlfriend, wasn’t present.

28 yrs old: Got mentor and built a solid offer, sales system and fulfillment system. We doubled our agency.

29 yrs old: Hit our first seven figures and got a studio in the middle of a pandemic.

30 yrs old: We doubled our agency, worked with 100+ clients, consistently hit 6 figures per month, doubled our studio space and worked with billion dollar brands.

31 yrs old: Hired a CEO at Agency and launched Agency U with co-founder in hopes to replicate these systems inside of other agencies.

Today: We’ve helped over 200 agencies build their agency like a business through 1:1’s, high accountability, copy and paste sales and fulfillment systems and done for you implementation that’s been battle tested with millions of dollars of fulfillment.

Outside of work, I’m also passionate about endurance sports (Ultra running, Ironman, cycling), spending time with my wife and staying active in San Diego.

DISCLAIMER:

I make YouTube videos to make money. There are a lot of “coaches” and “claims” on social media and hard to cut through the clutter. I post these to build trust with agencies through value and experience. And if they’re awesome and see the value and need help - we work together.
