Several things wrong here.
1) with all the dabbing (starts and stops) with a stick rod (of all things), you’re doing nothing but trapping slag in your welds.
2) quite a bit of undercut in a couple of them. If you can grab it with a fingernail, you have undercut.
3) you didn’t wrap your welds and left a big hole in the corner at a junction point.
4) a concaved weld, is a weak weld. You don’t have enough filler metal in the joint. And it fosters undercut.
5) what is up with the gloves with holes in them? Furthermore, those are absolutely the wrong type of gloves for any welding at all. How about some basic safety when welding?
Please put the camera down. You obviously don’t know the basics of welding. You shouldn’t be teaching anyone bad habits.
