They should make the goalposts adjustable so they are able to be narrowed and the more narrow the goalpost the higher the point award for putting it through. A formula is developed, involving distance and width of the posts, so that a field goal kick could be worth up to 7 points.

I would keep 3 points for 45 yards and further. But, reduce to two points for 20-44 yards and only one point for under 20 yards.

Kickoff return touchdowns aren't that exciting the majority of the time. Usually it's punt returns that are exciting. Kickoff return touchdowns are almost always find a seam, break through, run down the sidelines. No reversal of field, nothing really interesting other than the points at the end.

The more money the NFL generates the easier they make it to play.

Change vs the kickoff rule back to what it was, like college football.

I'm against getting rid of the tush push. This is merely a rugby strategy using what is called a maul where players from both teams push against the player holding the rugby ball in an effort to get a better field position when the referee ultimately blows the play dead. I think the opposing team should learn to better guard against the Tush Push. Also they could also use the Tush Push right back on them.
