The first months are my biggest fear with how to take care of the baby, handling and feeding etc. I can do with little to no sleep. I have the ability to fall asleep in 2 seconds if I have a chance to powernap.
One worry I have is how my wife will handle it. She's got ADHD and is constantly tired, so I'm gearing up to take as much of the punishment as possible to save her sanity and health.

@mamabearbabybear25Our 5 day old has almost no awake time. She wakes up, gets a diaper changed, eats then passes out immediately
@ek14fulJust had our baby 39 weeks and 3 days in. Emergency c section but momma and baby are okay. Weve struggled the first couple days. Not all nurses help. Some are really helpful. Today we're getting a better schedule for sleep. I slept 3 or 4 hours the first day and she only slept 2. I feel bad because she is just echausted and trying so hard. But we're good now. Milk has came in thisnmorning just feeding the heck outta him and hopefully momma gets somr sleep after because she only had 3 hours yesterday. Hes real gassy and i guess its common in c section babies. I recomend ask your pediatrician about gas drops because he seemed to be in constant pain from it but hes okay now. Pray for us please. Things are getting better but it definitely takes a village.
@unknown_user-7497My 25 year old son and his gf just had a baby girl. Iām grandma and Iām so in love with my granddaughter. I havenāt had to babysit a newborn in 19 years. A lot has changed and Iām so glad for these videos. Ty!

@KadeMartin-r9sCircumcision is not medically necessary and majority of the western world doesnāt practice it and have better health outcomes compared to the circumcising USA. The USA is the only nation in the world west that practices routine circ and has the highest STI rates in the west. I really wish American OB/GYNās and pediatricians would openly admit to this, instead of pushing their biased pro circ information, that circ āprevents STIās.ā I also wish they would talk more about alternatives to circumcision, where a boy can achieve the same benefits, like wearing a condom to prevent STIās or taking PrEP to prevent HIV and getting HPV vaccines to protect against penile cancer and cervical cancer, instead of pushing circ. American medicine says itās āunbiasedā but only ever promotes circumcision, while the rest of the western world doesnāt promotes condoms, good hygiene, HPV vaccines, PrEP, etc and have way less diseases than the USA.
