30+ years ago, I accepted a plea deal which tarnished my criminal record with a non violent, non sexual, non drug related FELONY. I served 1 year in local county jail on work release and haven't had so much as a speeding ticket in these past 30 years.
I'd love to get a job at a casino - preferably as a poker dealer since that's my forte ... but am willing to start with any position just to get my foot in door and work my way over possibly.
Any advice to help? Unfortunately my conviction is in my home state of WI which has no expungement policy.

I usually stick up for Chip, but something small on screen to help track the side bets would be nice. I watch as I’m doing stuff, so to be able to look and see the column would be nice. But I guess I just need to “pay more attention”
