Sometimes you have to use the tv remote, go menu, settings and then first time installation on the tv. Follow the instructions until the tv has re booted.

We just had an update on our 2013 Samsung Smart TV and now there is no navigation panel on the left side of the netlfix app. It logs into the primary account and there is no way to change user profiles. There are only 3 profiles on this account but it loads up the primary and again has no options to change to secondary user profiles. Please help

I can see Netflix app when I’m not connected to wifi but if I connected app disappear. Also doesn’t help if I change location to other place but If I do like 50 switch between locations I get lucky and can see and use Netflix. Do you have anyone ideas what’s the problem?

I LOVE YOU! It's Christmas Day, I'm pet sitting in Portland and spent 2 hours trying to fix this goddamn TV. The remote worked for the cable part, but NOT when I switched it to Netflix. So I tried the hard reset by unplugging the TV, and it fixed the problem! THANK YOU!
