In this video tutorial, we’re going to talk about the muscles of the arm. These muscles play different roles in the movements of the upper extremity. They are mainly involved in movements of the shoulder joint and the elbow.

Being genuine what we were taught was that Anconeus muscle is part of posterior compartment of forearm muscles. I hope that helps

— @BTSARMY-w7x9k

There are many muscles found in the upper extremity. Based on their position and location within the upper extremity, we can identify three major groups of muscles. At the most distal end of the upper extremity, you can find the muscles of the hand, responsible for various movements of the hand and wrist. Moving slightly upward, you’ll find the muscles that define the forearm. And at the most proximal end of the upper extremity are the muscles we’ll discuss in this tutorial — the arm muscles.

We will discuss the origins, insertions, and innervation of the following muscles:

BEHIND EVERY GREAT BICEPS THERE IS A GREAT BRACHIALIS 🔥🔥🔥

What does steroids have to do with the muscles of the arm? There was no reason to bring up armold and steroids when just talking about the muscles of the arms.

I keep getting pain in my left wrist, forearm and arm after working out at the gym, also I work in IT and cycle often too. I'm thinking it is the ulnar nerve, the pain is in the ulnar zone of the wrist, the annular ligament area of the inner elbow, and about the mid-region of the biceps, Not all at once but generally in these areas. I could be doing something wrong at the gym, but it only seems to bother my left arm. Any ideas?
