📢 WE DID IT! We finally moved to Las Vegas! 🎉 Since our arrival on 7/1, we've managed to endure the summer heat and lowkey explore our new city. There's so much to do here, I doubt we'll ever be bored of this place. It truly is FABULOUS here! 🤩
Anyway, it's only been a lil' over 2 months and we're still settling into our new normal, but I must say, exploring this city has been a thrilling experience. 😅 Slowly, but surely, we're becoming more and more familiar with our surroundings and finding our place among the locals. We're not exactly sure how long we'll be here, but we definitely intend to take full advantage! 😁

Loved the vlog! My family and I are thinking about moving to Henderson, Las Vegas in a few months. I currently live in Massachusetts, and while people warn about LV (crime, car theft, hidden apartment fees), Mass is also very expensive and honestly depressing. Rent here can easily hit $2.5k+ and not even for a 3 bedroom. The snow is extremely annoying, most buildings are very old (the one I live in is almost 100 years old and not remodeled at all), and parking is so hard because it’s only parallel street parking. The area I live in isn’t that safe either. I’ve been here 8 years and feel like I haven’t made much progress, and there’s really not much to do here. Moving across the country is scary, but I’m really thinking about it. Where do you work? Do you think surviving on a retail job for a few months is realistic while finding something more stable? 😩 I need someone to hype me up after all the bad comments i’ve seen. Could you tell me abt your experience so far? Be honest. 😣🥲

Hi, great video. Thanks for making it. I'm about to move my family out there in June (yes, when it's going to be scorching hot. I told my wife that, but she wanted my daughter to finish elementary school first.) Our thoughts are also to move into an apartment first, but given the rent for a 3-bedroom apartment, we might as well try to rent a house. What do you think about that from the rent prices you've seen there?
