Do you think this is possible without a car, for now? Do you think signing up for real estate school is a profitable career in that area? Thank you ! Thank you for your experience and opinion, I was planning on moving there in December however I’m still undecided ONLY because of the income difference. I make $48.00 an hour here and checking into employment out there the hourly rate is just under $25.00….. I know it’s cheaper there but . ………. Still trying to figure how I will be able to live comfortably. Again thank you for your video

Girl! This video was spot on! I am originally from St. Louis, lived there for over 30 years (The Lou 😄) and we just moved to Vegas. Well, we have been here for about 4 months now, we live in Henderson and it is beautiful. What you said about the heat is SO accurate, I think I stayed inside every day I could when we first got here but on the flip side the people are some of the nicest, friendliest people I have met in a long time. I also work in accounting on the payables side and it has been really hard finding a good position out here. They have jobs in the corporate sector they just do not pay well comparably to other states from what I am seeing. Thank you for all the pros, we have not made it to Fremont yet but everyone keeps telling us we have to check it out, there is so much to do in terms of food and entertainment.

I came to Vegas from Southern California. I don’t like Vegas at all. Every year the weather gets hotter as they remove grass and trees. It’s very ugly in Vegas. It’s all cement and rocks. The weather is getting hotter every year as water is low. You’ll be fined if you water on Sundays or outside the regulated hours. It’s so hot that you ate forced to stay inside most of the day or you get physically I’ll going out on errands. There’s very little shade and the temperatures got up to 120 this month! Very little rain. It’s sunny and hot daily . Yes there is some winter . Crime is at an all time high. My friend had a home invasion, called 911 and she was on hold for 13 minutes. Car theft, home invasions, shop lifting , being attacked is a daily event. Drunk driving is also a huge problem as even local neighborhoods have bars. Very few police are out on the roads as they can’t hire many officers as no one wants to do the very dangerous job. Rape is very high here. Road rage is bad. Prices are getting higher. There’s not much to do unless you gamble and drink. Concerts and shows are outrageous. Lowest school district in the USA. Schools are testing at the bottom of the country . No one wants to be a teacher due to the bad behavior and low pay. Roads are always under construction. Trash and liter always on the roads as well as graffiti. Traffic galore ! Trashy people too. I am hoping to leave soon.

There are roaches even if you live in a good area. I guess because it's a destination area. But you will see them but if you keep your place clean and neighbors do too you will only see one or two. Tm

I've been to Vegas like eight or nine times and I never once been to the Grand Canyon. I do plan to relocate to Vegas in the next year or so.

I moved from SoCal here to Las Vegas four months ago and love it❣️ I have also moved a lot, but have done it solo…Philadelphia, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Southern Cal, and now Vegas. I chose Southern Highland as my home, because it is only 15 minutes from the Strip, and avoids the homelessness. I am fortunate to work from home, so the job search has been a non issue. I used to fly into the Strip often, when I was younger. I feel that I now have the best of both worlds. Vegas will most definitely test your spirituality‼️🤣 I experienced my only dust storm in Phoenix, when leaving a job interview downtown. I felt like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz.
